Dr Tim Warren is a Queensland trained Otolaryngologist - Head and Neck Surgeon who provides contemporary expert care for all Otolaryngology - Head and Neck conditions in adults and children.

Paediatric Otolaryngology - Head and Neck conditions including tonsils, ear/hearing issues
Sinus Disease/Rhinology including nasal obstruction/polyps/sinusitis
Laryngology/Disorders of the Voice
Dr Warren believes in comprehensive Otolaryngology - Head and Neck care based on clear communication with up-to-date surgical practice tailored to each patient’s specific needs. He prides himself on ensuring all his patients have a clear understanding of their condition and the anticipated management course. He enjoys providing Otolaryngology - Head and Neck specialist care for both adults and children.
Dr Warren completed his medical degree at the University of Sydney in 2007. He was awarded his specialty qualification in 2018 following five years of advanced surgical training, with placements at the Royal Brisbane Hospital, Gold Coast Hospital, Mater Hospital Brisbane, Queensland Children’s Hospital (12 months), Toowoomba Hospital and others. His post-fellowship experience has included work as a private and public Otolaryngologist - Head and Neck Surgeon in Toowoomba. This period enabled further experience and skills in advanced head and neck and skin cancer pathology and nasal/sinus diseases. He was an active member of the Head and Neck Cancer Multidisciplinary Team and responsible for the training and teaching of trainee surgeons, junior doctors and medical students.
Dr Warren was awarded his PhD from the University of Queensland in 2017, undertaken whilst completing his surgical training. He was awarded a prestigious NHMRC PhD Scholarship, and his thesis investigated advanced skin cancer of the head and neck with nerve invasion under the supervision of Prof Benedict Panizza at the Princess Alexandra Hospital. He has presented and published internationally and nationally including journal articles and a book chapter. This work contributed significantly to the understanding of an advanced form of skin cancer and has spawned many further projects and theses. He is an Associate Lecturer at the University of QLD.

Dr Warren is excited to be commencing practice with TEN Clinics Tugun and contributing to the health needs of the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers community. He consults and operates privately through the John Flynn Private Hospital, Tugun and has a public appointment at the Tweed Hospital.
He and his wife are looking forward to raising their four daughters in one of the most beautiful parts of Australia.
