John Flynn is a 317 bed, acute care hospital located at Tugun, which is on the southern end of Queenslands Gold Coast, within 5 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport. The hospital provides services to the population of the Gold Coast and the Tweed Coast extending into the NSW Northern Rivers area.

John Flynn provides a wide range of health care services with a 24 hour emergency care centre, Comprehensive Cardiac Services, General & Orthopaedic Surgery, Oncology, Medical Services, Maternity & Paediatrics, Renal Dialysis, Day Surgery and Rehabilitation services.

John Flynn have a Tier One Contract with the Department of Veteran Affairs and also provide services to the Gold Coast & Tweed Veteran community.

The campus consists of the hospital building, a six-storey specialist medical centre, East Coast Cancer Centre Radiotherapy building and also includes onsite services of radiology (x ray), pathology and pharmacy.
